Golf Operations

Outside Service:

Responsibilities:

• Cart staging, preparation and maintenance
• Range setup, golf ball picking and washing
• Bag handling, club cleaning, guest interaction and player assisting
• Tournament setup and cleanup
• Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by management
• Course marshalling and starting duties

Qualifications:

• Time management and project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Flexibil schedule, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Cooks

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean work environment
• Keep area and line organized and properly prepared
• Executing recipes correctly
• Breakdown and cleaning of area daily
• Assist in banquet events
• Daily special creations

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years line experience
• Motivated individual with ability to learn and follow directions
• Flexible schedule, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Servers/Beverage Carts

Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain excellent service to our guests
• Complete menu and product knowledge
• Assist in banquet events

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years previous serving experience
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to learn quickly, and is motivated for success
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
